Zoom Integration Guide

Connect, use, troubleshoot, and remove the Zoom integration in Acquisity.

The Zoom integration lets workspace users connect a Zoom account to Acquisity and automate workflows involving Zoom meetings, webinars, users, registrants, panelists, cloud recordings, and transcripts.

Adding the Zoom integration

For admin-managed Zoom connections, a Zoom account administrator must authorize the app. Once connected, workspace users can use the approved Zoom permissions in workflows based on their workspace access.

  1. Open your workspace in Acquisity at https://app.acquisity.ai.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Select Zoom.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Sign in to Zoom.
  6. Review the requested permissions.
  7. Approve the connection.

Using the Zoom integration

After Zoom is connected, you can create workflows that perform actions such as:

  • Create a Zoom meeting
  • Update a Zoom meeting
  • Delete a Zoom meeting
  • Retrieve meeting details
  • Retrieve a meeting invitation
  • Add or manage meeting registrants
  • Create or manage webinars
  • Add or manage webinar registrants
  • Manage webinar panelists
  • List Zoom users for host selection
  • Retrieve cloud recording metadata
  • Retrieve recording files or transcripts when enabled

Available actions may depend on the permissions approved by the Zoom account administrator and the features enabled in your Acquisity workspace.

Removing the Zoom integration

To remove Zoom from your workspace:

  1. Open your workspace in Acquisity at https://app.acquisity.ai.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Select Zoom.
  4. Click Disconnect or Remove.
  5. Confirm the removal.

After the integration is removed, Acquisity will stop using that connection to access Zoom. Existing workflow history may remain available according to your workspace retention settings.

You can also remove the app from your Zoom account through the Zoom App Marketplace or your Zoom account's installed apps settings.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect Zoom, confirm that:

  • You are using a Zoom account with permission to authorize apps.
  • Your Zoom administrator allows the app to be installed.
  • The required Zoom scopes were approved.
  • Your browser is not blocking the authorization popup or redirect.
