Meta Data Deletion Instructions

Acquisity lets customers connect Meta accounts so they can manage advertising workflows inside their Acquisity workspace.

If you want Acquisity to delete data associated with your Meta connection, you can request deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@acquisity.ai from the email address associated with your Acquisity account.
2. Use the subject line "Meta data deletion request".
3. Include your Acquisity workspace name and the Meta account, Page, ad account, or business account you want removed.
4. Our support team will verify the request and delete or de-identify the Meta connection data we control, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

What we delete

When a verified deletion request is completed, Acquisity removes or de-identifies Meta OAuth connection records, stored Meta account identifiers, and Meta integration data that is no longer needed to provide the service.

Some records may be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, billing, audit logs, legal obligations, or backup retention. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Other ways to control your data

You can disconnect Meta from your Acquisity workspace in your workspace integration settings. Disconnecting stops Acquisity from using that connection to access Meta data.

You can also delete your Acquisity account or workspace from your account and organization settings where those options are available.
