Acquisity provides Acquisity, a workflow automation platform that allows customers to connect third-party applications, including Zoom, to automate business processes.
When a customer connects Zoom to Acquisity, we may process Zoom account information, user information, meeting information, webinar information, registrant information, panelist information, cloud recording metadata, recording files, transcripts, and related workflow execution data, depending on the permissions approved by the Zoom account administrator and the workflows configured by the customer.
We use this information only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the integration and to run customer-configured workflows. For example, we may use Zoom data to create or update meetings, manage registrants, retrieve meeting invitations, list available users for host selection, retrieve recording metadata, access transcripts, or display workflow results inside a customer workspace.
OAuth tokens and connection credentials are managed through Nango, which provides secure token storage and refresh for connected applications. Acquisity stores only the data needed to operate the integration, support customer workflows, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell Zoom data. We do not use Zoom data for advertising. We do not share Zoom data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect security, or as directed by the customer through configured workflows.
Zoom data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain workflow history, support customer account administration, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in our data retention policies. Customers may disconnect Zoom from their workspace at any time. When a Zoom connection is removed, Acquisity stops using that connection to access Zoom data.
