These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Acquisity, a workflow automation platform provided by Acquisity.
By using Acquisity, you agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws, third-party platform terms, and your organization's policies. When you connect Zoom or another third-party service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize that connection and to use the data and permissions granted through that service.
Acquisity allows customers to build workflows that interact with connected applications such as Zoom. Customers are responsible for the workflows they configure, the data they choose to process, and the actions performed through their connected accounts.
You may not use Acquisity to violate Zoom's terms, access data without authorization, interfere with third-party services, transmit harmful content, or perform unlawful or abusive activity.
Acquisity may depend on third-party services, including Zoom and Nango. We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or errors caused by third-party platforms or APIs.
We may suspend or terminate access to Acquisity if we believe use of the service violates these Terms, creates security risk, or may harm Acquisity, customers, users, or third-party platforms.
